A: It’s a balancing act with a lot of testing. With short attention spans in mind, focus on catchy hooks and don’t be afraid to get creative with your customer segments. Do you have a substantial group of engaged email openers? Nurture those folks. Deliverability scores are more important than you think!

Q: I don’t have the bandwidth to create quality emails that convert. Where do I find the time if I don’t have enough resources to hire a marketing expert?
A: Focus on quality over quantity! Don’t commit to sending 4 emails a week when you know you don’t have time. Focus on quality content on a manageable cadence – and give middleman a call. 😉

Q: Why would a CPG company use an email marketing agency to grow their brand? Email is dead!
A: Consider your target audience and who is likely to engage with content on that channel. Not every piece of content belongs in your email strategy.
